Get to know our Board of Governors

The Board is responsible for governing and managing the affairs of the University, with the Board designating authority to the Academic Council and also consulting with the Academic Council on specific matters.  

The Board is comprised of appointed and elected Governors. Appointed Governors include appointments by the Lieutenant Governor and external individuals. Elected Governors are from full-time teaching staff, administrative staff and students.
