Eric is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder of Find Perfect Balance, a leadership development company that guides leaders to do the best work of their lives. He brings nearly 30 years of experience leading transformation in large complex organizations, drawing on leadership acumen, keen business insights and strong operational experience honed through senior roles he’s held at multinational companies including:

He has worked closely with various charitable and non-profit organizations close to his heart, having sat on the Board of Directors for Covenant House, the Ontario Science Centre and The Raptors Foundation. 

Originally from Toronto, Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.
