Sameer Qureshi

Sameer Qureshi is an elected Governor on Ontario Tech University's Board of Governors, where he also serves on the Strategy & Planning Committee. He is a third year Software Engineering (Honours) student with a strong commitment to governance, community engagement and public service.

Sameer has demonstrated a strong commitment to public service, student governance, volunteerism and community advocacy. His experience across health care, technology and community organizations has strengthened his interest in ethical leadership, strategic planning and meaningful public engagement.

As a Governor, Sameer is committed to advancing student success, supporting institutional excellence and contributing to Ontario Tech's long-term strategic vision.
