Cynthia Domjancic

Cynthia Domjancic currently serves as the SVP Human Resources & Chief Ethics Officer at Ontario Power Generation.  As a senior leader with over 25 years experience, predominately in the energy sector, she has extensive experience in financial planning and oversight, strategic planning, human resources, and labour relations. She brings a proven track record of driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and delivering measurable results to drive performance, innovation and change.

Cynthia’s ability to integrate financial stewardship with effective people management has enabled organizations to achieve sustainable growth while maintaining a strong culture of accountability and engagement. Throughout her career, Cynthia has successfully led initiatives that optimize resource allocation and enhance organizational performance. Her experience spans diverse leadership roles where she has overseen various business functions in finance and HR, navigated complex challenges, and implemented strategies that align organizational priorities with long-term objectives.

As an advocate for equity, sustainability, and community impact, she is deeply committed to advancing initiatives that create meaningful opportunities and positive change. Her leadership style emphasizes integrity, inclusivity, and data-driven decision-making, making her a trusted voice at the board level. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Administration, Accounting and is a CPA.  Committed to continuous learning, she has also obtained several certifications in Asset Management, Labour Relations & Negotiations, and a Rotman Excellence in Executive Leadership Certificate with a focus on strategy in the streams of HR, Finance and AI.
